How to
How to do your tax return with Rebate Tax
It’s simple, once you have entered your details and Personal Public Service Number (PPSN), there will be 3 main sections in your return:
Step 1
Fill in your personal details
Don’t forget to include your Personal Public Service Number (PPSN).
Step 2
Select your occupation
The Revenue needs at least one occupation for each individual submitting a tax return.
Step 3
Enter your income
Don’t forget to include all of your income streams including your bank interest.
Step 4
Add your tax deduction
Use the deduction finder to find tax deductions for people with your job, and you can see the things you claimed the year before as a reminder.
Step 5
Add any other item
If you have a spouse, private health cover, or anything else in the Other Items section, select them and enter the details.
Step 6
Submit your return
If you have a tax refund, you can even select ‘fee from refund’ then click to sign and submit your return. We’ll take it from here!

Yes, we can add your company name, VAT/Tax ID, and address to invoices. Tell us once and we’ll remember it.
How does billing work?
Plans are per workspace, not per account. You can upgrade one workspace and keep any number of free workspaces.
How do I change my account email?
You can change the email associated with your account from your account settings on desktop or laptop.
